Roadhog has never been OP, if he is played in competitive then you get a reaper and counter him. You can't say he's broken before it's officially been adjusted yet (It's only in the ptr right now)

Dude, reaper's one of my mains (I main basiclly junkrat, lucio, tracer, reaper and now mccree) and I can tell you that unless the roadhog is not focused on you/you coming in suprised, 1 hook and you're down. you cant resist it as most heroes, you cant do shit. the patch update will only make it worse. roadhog isn't op, his hooks are.

Let's not give an update for like 8 years and then randomly give one to Warcraft 3 yaayayayayyayaya!
