    hello dorks, while i find it hard to believe any of you guys socialize with people let alone go outside to play board games, what are your favorite board games? /jokes jokes

    hi friends, i've gathered you all here today to ask a very simple question that i could have made into a status update, but i didn't feel like it, so here we are.

    What are your favorite board games? Do they ruin relationships? Are they particularly naughty/mature or have naughty/mature versions of them? If so, please share. I think it'd be a pretty fun idea to share some personal stories about how your "supposed" family started a +2 train in Uno which resulted in you drawing 8 cards from the deck. If you have bullshittery videos of the action taking place, even better.

    If you share a board game, briefly describe the gameplay, and if you're a kind-hearted soul, share a picture of it! in case some of us nerds want a new party game...

    I'm actually looking for some new party games myself. A friend of mine is extremely uncultured and doesn't own any, so I got her some of my party favorites, but that means I need to update my party game wardrobe :D

    I'ma include my fav. board game here :3

    So, I found this board game called Telestrations. It's essentially a cross between Pictionary and Telephone. You remember that game you used to play in grade school where one kid picked a word, whispered it to the next person, and they would whisper it to then next, so on and so forth? Well Telestrations uses that same method to create some funny experiences without Little-Timmy-Should-Brush-His-Teeth-Because-He's-Whispering-Hot-Breath-Directly-Into-Your-Auditory-Canal. You're given a word to draw, you pass it to the next person, they guess what you drew, and the next person draws the guess. It's incredibly fun especially because the drawings are batshit awful. At the end, each person reveals their word and how screwed up it got as the game went on. There is also a naughty version of this game, which is the one that I think garners the most laughs. (;

    example here:

    Love that game @Bilbocable remember when we tried and failed playing it online xD I always enjoy taking over Europe and Australia is a great place to take too because you can easily defend it with a strong couple front lines.

    I got electronic banking monopoly but the only thing rage inducing about is that there is a chance card that you choose an opponent and swap one of their property cards with yours. So my brother swapped his brown place(literally the first place on the map) for BOARDWALK which was tier 5 (the equivalent of having a hotel) and he was triggered but he raged so much 2 turns later he landed on it and went bankrupt and lost XD

    Probably Monopoly. Me and my friends always used to play an online version, but it literally destroyed our friendships after one match everytime.

    not sure if this is a "board game" since it's just cards, but coup is a really fun party game that involves classes. there isn't another version of it but it has definitely caused a lot of arguing over niche rules.

    if you're looking for a more spicy party game to play, check out "red flags" - it was made by the same people who made superfight.

    Favorite strategy board game would have to be chess. If anyone wants a match send me a message. :D

    In my country nobody plays the draw 4 correctly, you just play it whenever you want or if someone has triggered you then you then you unleash hell on them (especially if you're playing with stacking)

    That one game with that house on the hill with the traitor is pretty fun. Probably by favorite.

    EDIT: It’s called Betrayal at House on the Hill

    I remember one time I did a Stratego hyper gamble and put my flag on the front row. Ballsiest thing I had ever done in my life. Totally lost in the first two turns though
