Hey guys, I recently went through a bunch of old stuff from a while ago sorting out my room as I was in the process of moving, and I saw a bunch of my old artwork from 8th grade. Well, "artwork". It's really not the best and sort of embarrasses me because of what I used to be able to do and what I can do now. On to what this thread is for, I thought we could just have people post artwork they make or just have from the past. I don't know how talented our community is in artwork, but anything is welcome. And if you want, you can leave a message on your post saying you want feedback, and people can start a conversation with you critiquing your artwork. I always think people can improve on artwork, and there's no limit to the capabilities of Art. So, feel free to post if you are a newcomer to art seeking tips to get you moving, an experienced artist who wants opinions to improve what they can do, or just want to post for shits and giggles. I'll start it off with a chronological order starting from 8th grade on my most notable pieces of work: 8th Grade for a PM rank giveaway: Spoiler My first still life ever in 9th grade: Spoiler A print making project from 9th grade (One of my favorite pieces of all time): Spoiler A project the teacher gave me permission to do whatever on in 9th grade (My favorite piece I've made): Spoiler My first Self-Portrait in 9th grade (Oh my god please burn it with fire): Spoiler A much better (but still not the best) self portrait from 10th grade: Spoiler A clay glazing project from 10th grade: Spoiler That's all the artwork I feel can display my growth as an artist (including my favorite pieces). I'm excited to see what our community has to offer!
