I'll just go ahead and bump this.
That would be so awesome but SO BROKEN. You could litterly fly oom with vamp...
Simply disabling the fly ability for a vampire would fix that. Same with the shock tp ability. Not sure how that would work if the shock was being hunted anway lel
I like the idea of all infected using the same class, then new players might be able to try out new classes
i like this idea personally I would make it a random chance like 15% of power round also I got some
Sold Out: No shop items available
Amnesia: Classes have both paths lvl 1.
Zoo breakout: No Companions.
Make love not war: Humans get no weapon they get flowers instead.
Out of ammo: bot infected and human get no damage dealing projectiles.
Horde: actual minecraft mobs spawn to try andkill u
I thought of another special mode: Mirror Mode.
Basically if you ever played Mario Kart, there is a mode called Mirror Mode, where basically the map is flipped. In world edit, there is a command to flip certain things. I'm not saying make a mirror version of each map, but maybe 5 different fan favorite maps to be flipped abd set aside for mirror mode. Just a fun change from normal mci
Here's some suggestions:
Mashup: Some Human's can access Infected Abilities.
One In The Quiver: Humans can only use Bows, but they deal increased damage.
Arsonists: Humans can create Firewalls which can spread onto Humans & Infected. They can also cast Fireballs.
Shout It Loud: Humans & Infected can acess different shouts. Shouts can either buff allies, debuff enemies, knockback enemies or set enemies on fire.
Protect The King: One randomly selected Human is 'The King'. The King gains more defence, but cannot get Scorestreaks. If the King Dies, then the Infected Win.
Bumping the thread because this is an EPIC idea! Some more round ideas:
Random infected class: You use a different random class every time you die (Only the ones you have unlocked)
Time bomb: Each infected has a bomb strapped onto them. After 45 seconds it will explode killing themself. Hitting a human gives you 3 seconds and killing one gives you 20 seconds.
Tank mode: All survivors and infected are given 2x health
Prestige maniac: Everybody has every prestige perk for that round!
Virus: 2x as much people turn into a mother zombie, but the round lasts 2 minutes
Cookie fountain: A random fountain appears on the map. As a human every time you stand next to it for 5 seconds it gives you a cookie!
The giving tree: All infected and humans spawn with an extra apple
Hardcore: All humans spawn with 15 absorption hearts and no food or scorestreaks
Survivors hunting down infected=tanking that's already a thing in normal game play
Except now infected respawn as humans, thats the difference
But I've got an idea
A round where you spawn with a sticky, vaccum, frag, kb, and fire grenade in your inventory, and you can use them each every 15 seconds before they reload.
This sounds fun, but I think it would be very, very hard for the infected to win. It's already hard enough to win as infected because there are a lot more "op" people playing as human. There are a lot of people that have, Jugg, Kevlar Vest, Surge, etc. It's really hard to kill those people already with all infected classes. One of the features that would be in the power rounds is that you would be 5 ranks lower then you already are, but with people that have most of the prestige perks, it would be hard to kill then with only zombie kit. I think "Power Rounds" would be fun if there was more balance to the late game players who are very strong.
Well there are some suggestions that make it easier for infected to win too, like mine and nick's and a couple others
Oh, I now have just read those, and I think that those ideas could make it a lot more fun a easier for infected.
I know a fun power round for infected.
Martyr: When an infected dies they drop a TNT that explodes after 5 seconds dealing 8 untrue damage and knocks back survivors 3 blocks

Lol I forgot to put in the part that it drops a TNT that explodes after 5 seconds, it doesn't just explode that would be way to OP. I fixed it
You can say that again when 3 phantoms, 2 shocks, a witch and a grinch are targetting you.
I think it would be more interesting if the infected spawned at half heath, to counter the damage when they die... its hard to avoid all that tnt dropping when you're tanking against like 30 people
