When reporting players that break our rules we ask that you follow this template:

    Title of the thread:
    IGN - Offence
The IGN is the accused's minecraft username, and the offence is what you are reporting the player for.
    BritishBear - Aimbot

    The thread:

IGN: (Please put the accused's username here)
Offence: (The offence the accused has commit goes here. You can report players for breaking any of our server or forum rules)
Evidence: (Evidence of them commuting this offence goes here)

Here is a template for you to copy and use:

Rules when submitting your player report:
    • Your report must contain evidence to report a player. If it does not your report will be denied.
    • If you are caught using falsified/edited evidence to report a player, you will be banned.
    • Please be aware that laggy evidence of a player report may result in the report being denied.
    • If you report someone for any kind of PvP hacks you must have proof from a PvP situation. A non-PvP situation will instantly be denied.
    • When reporting a player for Out Of Map (OOM) in MCInfected please provide two screenshots showing the player out of map that are at least 60 seconds (1 minute) apart or provide a single screenshot of the player winning the game as human while out of map.
    • If your evidence video is longer than 2 minutes, you must provide us with timestamps.
