I'm actually not sure if this was intended or not.
It was fully intentional. In the recent update Vamp got a huge nerf and this was the buff to compensate it (worse than before imo). The changes were:
Diamond boots —> Leather boots
Fangs 4-5 no longer steal 1.5 health, rather just 1.0
Prestiged Vamps can no longer regen their prestige hearts (capped at 10 hearts)
0.5 second delay of Fangs ability was removed (you get health as fast as you click)
Regen 5-6 for a few tweaks.
Would be nice if they added at least a 0.2 or even 0.15 cooldown for infected. Vampire army would be so bad. If the cooldown were to be added back, it would be balanced imo.
I agree. People who get 7CPS can literally get to full health in 2 seconds. If you are in a group fight, you are literally never dying
I honesty thought that the nerf meant that in one life, you could heal a total of 10 hearts, which seemed perfectly reasonable and a good workaround for Vamps that just hit and run. Yeah no that’s not what happened

Looks like vamp is 10 times tankier than iron golem now.
